Dental

The phone always gets answered. Insurance is verified before the patient sits down.

AI workflows for dental practices and groups. Front desk overflow, insurance verification, recall, and follow-up, connected to your practice management system.

Who this is for: General and specialty dental practices, from a single office to a multi-location group.

Where the hours go

What we hear from dental teams

The front desk is checking someone in while the phone rings

Every unanswered call is a new patient who calls the next practice on the list.

Insurance verification is a daily grind

Someone spends the first two hours calling payers and logging into portals for tomorrow's schedule.

Unscheduled treatment goes cold

Patients accept a treatment plan, walk out, and nobody has time to follow up. Accepted treatment never gets booked.

Recall and reactivation are hit or miss

Hygiene recalls go out inconsistently and overdue patients quietly drift away.

Try it live

Message the sample front desk

A sample business with its own prices, hours, and rules. Ask what your customers ask. Try to book. Ask something it shouldn't answer and watch it hand off to a person.

In a real deployment this runs on your phone line, SMS, Instagram, and Facebook DMs, with your knowledge base and your calendar.

Workflows we install

What changes, workflow by workflow

Each of these is a fixed-scope pilot on its own. Most clients start with one and add the next once they've seen it run.

01Phone

Overflow and after-hours answering with scheduling

Today

Voicemail after the third ring and after 5pm.

With the workflow

Calls are answered, new patients are booked into the right appointment type, existing patients can reschedule, and emergencies are triaged to your on-call protocol.

Insurance eligibility and benefits verification

Today

Manual portal logins and payer calls each morning.

With the workflow

Tomorrow's schedule is verified overnight. Eligibility, remaining maximums, frequencies, and waiting periods are written to the patient record, with flags for anything the front desk should discuss at check-in.

Unscheduled treatment follow-up

Today

A report nobody has time to work.

With the workflow

Postcards and occasional calls.

With the workflow

HIPAA-aware by default

PHI stays in your practice management system. Every workflow runs with least-privilege access, every call and record access is logged, and we sign a BAA. Patient data is never used to train models.

If yours isn't listed, ask. If a tool has an API we use it, and if it doesn't we work through exports, email-in, or an approved browser automation.

Content and growth

The content that feeds these workflows

Dental practices grow on reviews and referrals, and short video makes the practice feel familiar before the first visit.

What we make for dental

  • Meet-the-team and office tour clips
  • Procedure explainers: what a crown, implant, or aligner visit involves
  • Patient FAQ shorts: insurance, sedation, a child's first visit
  • Review highlights, with consent
  • Seasonal reminders: benefits expiring, back-to-school checkups

Patient-facing content follows HIPAA. No patient is shown or referenced without a signed release.

Questions

Common questions from dental

Can it actually book into Dentrix or Open Dental?

Yes, through the PMS's API or integration layer where one exists. Where it doesn't, we book through your existing patient communication platform or use a staff-confirmed queue. We tell you which approach applies before the pilot.

How do you handle a patient describing a dental emergency?

The line follows the triage protocol you give us. It identifies severity indicators, gives the instructions you specify, and connects or pages the on-call dentist. It never diagnoses.

How accurate is insurance verification?

It depends on the payer. Portal-based verifications are highly reliable. Payers that require phone calls are handled with a call workflow plus a human check. During the pilot you see accuracy per payer before you rely on it.
