Logistics

Fewer check calls. Faster quotes. Documents that file themselves.

AI workflows for freight brokers, 3PLs, carriers, and forwarders. Built around your TMS, your inbox, and your phones.

Who this is for: Freight brokerages, 3PLs, asset-based carriers, and freight forwarders with 5 to 200 people.

Where the hours go

What we hear from logistics teams

Quote requests sit in the inbox

Shippers email rate requests to five brokers at once. The first accurate reply usually wins, and yours is buried under two hundred other emails.

Documents get rekeyed by hand

BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and carrier invoices arrive as PDFs and driver photos. Someone types them into the TMS, and invoicing waits on that.

Check calls eat the day

Dispatchers spend hours calling drivers for location updates and answering "where's my freight" from customers.

Carrier onboarding is slow and risky

W-9s, insurance certificates, and authority checks pile up. Missing an expired COI is expensive.

Workflows we install

What changes, workflow by workflow

Each of these is a fixed-scope pilot on its own. Most clients start with one and add the next once they've seen it run.

01

Quote request triage and drafted replies

Today

Rate requests are read one by one, lanes looked up manually, replies sent hours later.

With the workflow

Incoming requests are parsed for lane, equipment, dates, and weight. A draft quote with market rate context lands in the rep's queue within minutes for one-click approval.

BOL, POD, and carrier invoice processing

Today

PDFs and driver photos are opened, read, and typed into the TMS. Invoicing waits on the backlog.

With the workflow

Documents are read on arrival, matched to the load, checked for signatures and discrepancies, and posted to the TMS. Exceptions go to a person with the mismatch highlighted.

24/7 shipment status and after-hours dispatch line

Today

After 6pm, calls go to voicemail. Customers call the sales rep's cell.

With the workflow

Callers get live status pulled from your TMS, can leave a pickup request, and urgent issues are routed to the on-call dispatcher with a summary.

Carrier onboarding and compliance monitoring

Today

Packets arrive by email. Someone checks FMCSA, insurance, and W-9 by hand.

With the workflow

Packets are verified against FMCSA and insurance data automatically. Expiring COIs trigger a reminder to the carrier before the load, not after.

Automated customer status updates

Today

Customers email for updates. Reps copy tracking information by hand.

With the workflow

Pickup, in-transit, and delivery updates go out in your template, with exceptions flagged to the rep before the customer asks.

Built for operations, not demos

Every extraction is logged with its source document. Rate replies stay drafts until a rep approves them. Nothing is sent to a customer or carrier without a rule you set.

How we handle data

Works with

The systems we connect to in logistics

If yours isn't listed, ask. If a tool has an API we use it, and if it doesn't we work through exports, email-in, or an approved browser automation.

Questions

Common questions from logistics

We use a custom or older TMS. Can you still connect?

Usually, yes. If there's an API we use it. If not, we work through exports, email-in, or a secure browser automation that you approve. We confirm the approach during the audit, before you pay for anything.

How accurate is document extraction on driver photos?

Good enough to remove most of the typing, not all of it. During the pilot we measure accuracy on your actual documents and route anything below the threshold to a person. You see the numbers before you commit.

Will customers know they're talking to AI on the phone?

Yes, if you want them to, and most clients disclose it up front. The line answers status questions and takes requests. Anything complex goes to your team with a summary.
